Our client, a leading manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated and motivated Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line and ensuring quality standards are met. 

Job Title: Production Workers

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Range: $20.16

Shift: 6am-6:30pm rotating

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with operational standards and supervisor instructions.
• Perform routine activities related to assembly, molding machine operations, and setup procedures.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features are functioning properly.
• Remove products from molding or riveting machines and package products as required, including labeling and boxing.
• Inspect finished products for quality defects, measure parts with precision tools, and maintain accurate logs and records of production units.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to interpret job specifications and operate production machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good housekeeping and maintenance skills within the work area.
• Willingness to assist with additional duties as needed and follow safety protocols.
