Production Workers - Alsip, IL (3rd shift)

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Workers, you will be part of the Operations team supporting production and material handling needs. 

Job Title: Production Workers

Location: Alsip, IL

Pay Range: $24.12

Shift: 7pm/9pm-7:30am
Mon-Fri, some Saturdays for OT, varies 8-12 hour shifts
 

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspection of product to ensure quality, and complete housekeeping and general maintenance tasks within the work area.

What's Needed?

• Willingness to work 8–12 hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays for OT as needed.
• Ability to adhere to work location rules and procedures and follow supervisor direction.
• Comfort operating equipment and/or performing material handling tasks while maintaining safe work habits.
• Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality checks.
• Reliability in keeping the work area clean and supporting general maintenance responsibilities.
