Location: Livonia, MI
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Shift: Evening Shift | Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM until finish | Weekends and overtime as needed

About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking an experienced Reach Truck / Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Move, store, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Load, unload, and transport products as needed
• Follow all established safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper product handling and documentation
• Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Reach Truck experience required
• Previous experience operating stand-up forklifts in a warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when business demands require it
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
