Production/Warehouse Lead I - 3rd Shift Supervisor
Location: Andover, MA
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Shift: Sunday Night - Friday Morning | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Are you an experienced warehouse or production professional with leadership experience? We are seeking a Production/Warehouse Lead I - 3rd Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure a safe, productive work environment.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for supervising Production Associates and may provide oversight to other Production/Warehouse Leads. You'll play a key role in coordinating workforce activities, supporting employee development, and maintaining operational efficiency across the shift.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Support
- Supervise and support multiple Production Associates during assigned shifts.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to team members.
- May supervise and provide direction to other Production/Warehouse Leads.
- Foster a positive, productive, and safety-focused work environment.
- Coordinate daily staffing and scheduling to meet production and operational goals.
- Maintain accurate employee timekeeping records.
- Monitor attendance and communicate attendance or performance concerns to the staffing agency and leadership team as required.
- Support onboarding and training of new employees.
- Perform all duties associated with the Production/Warehouse Lead role.
- Assist with workflow coordination to ensure production targets and customer requirements are met.
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the shift.
- Ensure employees follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Reinforce proper workplace practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Support compliance with company standards and operational requirements.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Prior leadership, lead, supervisory, or team coordinator experience preferred.
- Must be bilingual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and develop employees.
- Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and recordkeeping.
