Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in industrial production, is seeking a Tooling Coordinator to join their team. As a Tooling Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Tooling Coordinator

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range:$20.00 - $24.00

Shift: Day shift

What's the Job?

  • Manage and oversee the tool crib and all tooling inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and timely ordering of supplies.
  • Prepare tooling and materials for upcoming production schedules, including pulling and staging tooling for production personnel.
  • Maintain and inspect tooling, coordinate repairs, and work closely with engineering to ensure tooling readiness.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and assist with light maintenance tasks as directed.
  • Support engineering and production departments with various tasks, including tooling polishing, grinding, and inspection.

What's Needed?

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate machinery, small hand tools, and precision measuring devices.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Previous maintenance experience is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines effectively.
