Location: Ellisville, MO
Pay: $18.77/hr
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Overtime: Required, may start as early as 4:00 AM

Eaton is looking for dependable and hardworking Picker Packers to join its warehouse operations team in Ellisville, MO. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and moving products while helping ensure customer orders are shipped safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Locate and pull products for shipment.
• Operate warehouse picking equipment.
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to complete inventory transactions.
• Receive and stock incoming materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must live within 50 miles of Ellisville, MO.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, bending, stooping, and climbing ladders throughout the shift.
