US Shipping/Receiving Specialist Level 1

Our client is seeking a US Shipping/Receiving Specialist Level 1 to join their team in Socorro, TX. As a US Shipping/Receiving Specialist Level 1, you will support day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, helping ensure products move accurately and on time. This role is a great fit if you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and communicate clearly with team members.

Pay Range: $16.5

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure items match documentation and are in proper condition.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by verifying quantities, labeling, and shipping details for accurate delivery.
• Move materials and packages safely within the facility while following established procedures.
• Maintain organized records and support inventory accuracy through consistent scanning and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve shipping/receiving discrepancies and keep workflow moving.

What's Needed?

• Basic experience or familiarity with shipping/receiving processes, warehouse workflows, or logistics support.
• Strong attention to detail to verify quantities, labels, and paperwork accurately.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and follow safety procedures consistently.
• Reliable communication skills to coordinate with coworkers and report issues promptly.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and completing tasks within established timelines.
