USA|Process Operator/Crane

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a USA|Process Operator/Crane to join their team. As a USA|Process Operator/Crane, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and equipment handling teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: USA|Process Operator/Crane

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $21hr- $23hr

Shift: 4 X 10 Nights, Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Training on First Shift: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Thursday, for 2 to 3 months)

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain manual machines such as mills, grit blasting equipment, and rollers
• Handle basic equipment including furnaces, air-flow stands, and spot welders
• Manage product and equipment movement using forklifts, cranes, and hand trucks
• Utilize air tools like grinders and air hammers safely and effectively
• Perform basic inspections with tools such as micrometers, pie tapes, and depth gauges

What's Needed?

• Ability to pass an assessment demonstrating hand skills and mechanical aptitude
• Valid crane and forklift licenses or ability to obtain them
• Capability to operate air tools such as grinders and air hammers
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors as needed
• Willingness to work in environments requiring respirator use if necessary
