Warehouse Associate Packaging

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and packaging, is seeking a Warehouse Associate  to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Burlington, IA

Pay Range: $14

Shift: 6AM-2:30PM as needed

What's the Job?

• Picking and packing items directly from the machine
• Packaging printed boxes for soap and personal products
• Assisting with production tasks and workflows
• Making and stacking boxes for shipping
• Moving items from one location to another within the facility

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to read and understand GMP Guidelines and Confidentiality agreements
• Adherence to dress code: jeans and T-shirts with no graphic content
• Safety awareness and willingness to follow safety protocols
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods
