Our client, a leader in logistics and records management, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/ Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate/ Record Center Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Material Handling and Inventory Management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate/ Record Center Specialist

Location: Canton Township, MI

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

  • Perform physically demanding work including moving, organizing, loading, and unloading storage materials.
  • Handle items weighing between 10 and 100+ pounds manually and with material-handling equipment.
  • Process orders accurately using handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Build, load, and shrink-wrap pallets for shipment and storage.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 pounds regularly without assistance.
  • Comfort working on concrete and uneven surfaces.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
  • Experience using handheld scanners and inventory systems is preferred but not required.
  • Must wear protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with slip-resistant soles.
