Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Bedford, PA

Pay Range:  $20

Shift: Night Shift - Sunday & Monday 8:00pm-5:00am; Tuesday - Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am

What's the Job?

• Scanning items using an RF Scanner to ensure accurate inventory tracking
• Picking and packing customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Handling shipping and receiving tasks to maintain smooth warehouse operations
• Managing cardboard and waste materials to support team efficiency and safety
• Preparing bikes and other items for assembly as needed

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds, with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a shift
• Comfortable working standing or walking on concrete floors for 8-10 hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing
• Ability to work efficiently and safely by setting effective work goals and establishing priorities
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility across different departments
