Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Manpower is currently hiring for a well-established logistics and transportation company in Fairfield, OH. We are looking for dependable employees seeking a safe, fast-paced work environment and an opportunity to build experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations. 

What's in it for you?

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 

• Two schedule options available: 

  • Sunday - Thursday 

  • Tuesday - Saturday 

• Opportunity to gain experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations 

Job Requirements? 

• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds 

• Ability to load and unload trucks and handle freight safely 

• Basic spoken and written English proficiency to understand critical safety alerts, warning labels, and operational instructions 

• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions 

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment 

What do you bring? 

• Positive, can-do attitude 

• Previous warehouse, dock, material handling, shipping, or receiving experience is a plus 

• Experience loading and unloading trailers is preferred 

• Experience using handheld or RF scanners is a plus 

• Ability to assist with shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and freight movement 

• Reliability and attendance are key drivers
