Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Location: Norcross, GA
Pay Range: $20
Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse processes
- Respond to customer email and phone inquiries regarding order delivery and tracking data
- Generate daily shipping lists using SAP VL10A transaction code
- Update shipping status reports from customers via customer portals
- Confirm receipt of returns and exchange (RMA) materials and respond to customer inquiries about incorrect or missing products
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse duties or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
