Warehouse Associate/ Record Center Specialist (Canton)

Our client, a leading logistics and storage solutions provider, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/ Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate/ Record Center Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse and records management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate/ Record Center Specialist

Location: Canton Township, MI

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform physically demanding work including lifting, moving, and organizing storage materials.
• Handle items weighing between 10 and 100+ pounds manually and with material-handling equipment.
• Process orders accurately using handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
• Load, unload, and operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Build and shrink-wrap pallets, and load materials onto trucks efficiently.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 pounds regularly without assistance.
• Experience operating material-handling equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Comfort working on concrete and uneven surfaces.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
• Ability to read labels and accurately process incoming and outgoing orders.
