Inside Sales Representative
Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour, based on experience
Are you a people-oriented sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships and providing exceptional service? A well-established, family-owned industrial supply company is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join its team.

IMPORTANT: Previous inside sales experience working with industrial tools is required to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone and email
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders
- Learn company products and provide knowledgeable product support
- Help customers identify products that meet their needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Perform basic computer and data entry tasks
- Work closely with team members to meet customer needs
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales experience with industrial tools is REQUIRED
- Candidates without industrial tool inside sales experience will not be considered
- Familiarity with industrial products, tools, and/or equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
