Candidate Coordinator

As our business continues to grow and our volume needs keep ramping up, we’re looking to add a Candidate Coordinator to our team in Miamisburg, Ohio.

This is an ongoing role as we expand, providing a fantastic opportunity to join a long-standing, respected company that has supported the local workforce for decades.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming applicant calls
- Scheduling interviews and appointments
- Keeping our recruiting operations organized and running smoothly
- Utilizing Microsoft Office 365 daily
- Working closely with our candidates and internal team

Details of the role:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM
- Pay: $20–$25 per hour
- Location: Onsite in Miamisburg, Ohio
