Our client, a distribution and logistics organization, is seeking an Inventory specialist to join their team. As an Inventory specialist, you will be part of the Inventory Team supporting warehouse operations at a distribution center. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the reliability to meet productivity and accuracy goals—while helping keep inventory accurate through cycle counts and inventory control processes.

Pay Range: $19.40/hr Starting | $19.90/hr After 90 Days

What's the Job?
- Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counts and inventory audits to support accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (including reach truck and stand-up forklift) to support inventory movement and storage.
- Use RF scanners and follow warehouse processes to capture, verify, and maintain inventory data.
- Work with warehouse management systems (WMS) to support receiving, storage, and inventory updates.
- Maintain a safety-focused work style while working around warehouse equipment and, when required, at elevated rack heights.
What's Needed?
- Reach truck experience and/or stand-up forklift experience.
- Inventory control and cycle count experience.
- RF scanner experience.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
- Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and reliable attendance with the ability to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
