Fufilment Associate

Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce brand, is seeking a Fufilment Associate to join their team. As a Fufilment Associate, you will be part of the Fulfillment Operations supporting the Receiving, Picking, Packing, and Shipping workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a process-driven mindset, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment—aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to accurate, high-quality order fulfillment.

Job Title: Fufilment Associate

Location: New york, NY

Pay Range: $20/hr 

Shift: M- F 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Print, pick, and pack customer orders according to company standards and brand guidelines.
• Quality assess jewelry pieces prior to shipping to minimize error rate, with a goal of 0%.
• Maintain the fulfillment area in an organized and clean manner.
• Utilize fulfillment software to complete and troubleshoot customer orders.
• Support smooth receiving and fulfillment operations as order volume increases.

What's Needed?

• Some experience in a fulfillment environment; knowledge of warehouse systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds during receiving and stand for extended periods of time.
• Detail-focused approach—no small imperfection goes unnoticed.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter attitude with an optimistic, go-getter mindset to get the job done.
