Accounts Payable Quickbooks

Our client, a dynamic organization in the logistics services industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Location: Fernandina Beach, FL - 32034

Pay Range: $22

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Utilize QuickBooks for recording and reconciling financial data
• Handle payment processing and vendor inquiries professionally
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and related documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial operations

What's Needed?

• Experience with QuickBooks and payment processing
• Ability to work independently and start immediately
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
