Remote Contact Center CSR

Our client, a leading organization in the customer support industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Contact Center CSR to join their team. As a Remote Contact Center CSR, you will be an essential part of the customer service department supporting the company's commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Remote Contact Center CSR

Location: El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $21.00

Shift: Availability from 8AM EST until 8PM EST (Monday through Friday)

• Navigate across multiple systems efficiently to locate information using keyword searches.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain high attendance and reliability to ensure smooth operations within a small contact center environment.
• Support team goals by demonstrating a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to minimize absenteeism and ensure consistent presence.

• Strong search skills to locate information quickly and accurately.
• Availability during specified hours from 8AM EST to 8PM EST, Monday through Friday.
