Senior Product Registration Specialist

Our client, a manufacturer of industrial and agriculture equipment, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to process and validate high volumes of product and customer registration data. As a Senior Product Registration Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping records accurate and reliable across multiple systems. Job Title: Senior Product Registration Specialist

Location: Pella, IA

Pay Range: $22 - $28 per hour

Shift: 8:00 - 5:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Process and validate high volumes of product and customer registration data with strong attention to detail.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues across multiple systems to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Review registrations for completeness, correctness, and alignment with established requirements.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to flag discrepancies, confirm corrections, and support timely resolution.
• Maintain organized documentation of work performed and data validation outcomes to support audit readiness.

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working through high-volume data.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively and explain data issues clearly.
• Ability to identify root causes of data problems and take corrective action across multiple systems.
• Comfort working with ERP or warranty system processes (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently while meeting quality expectations.
