Accounts Receivable Analyst

Pay: Up to $18.00/hour, depending on experience

We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for cash application, account reconciliation, collections support, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Apply and reconcile daily customer payments (ACH, wire, credit card, electronic payments)
• Post remittances and resolve payment discrepancies
• Complete cash, AR, and intercompany reconciliations
• Monitor aging reports and investigate unapplied cash
• Manage customer deductions, returns, rebates, and chargebacks
• Support sales and customer service teams with payment-related inquiries
• Maintain compliance with company financial controls and procedures

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
• Manufacturing or CPG experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities
• Experience with retail accounts and eCommerce payment platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, Square, and TikTok Shop is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
