Our client, Industrial is seeking a Warehouse - Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Warehouse - Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting day-to-day shipping, receiving, and packaging needs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and the drive to keep inventory accurate, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse - Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: Joplin, MO

Pay Range:  18

Shift:  8am to 4pm   

What's the Job?

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, part numbers, and the condition of materials.
  • Package products accurately according to order specifications and shipping requirements.
  • Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and documentation to ensure orders move correctly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems and support inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
  • Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while following all safety procedures and company policies.

What's Needed?

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or packaging experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when verifying orders, parts, and shipment information.
  • Basic computer skills, including comfort using inventory or warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing 40–60 lbs repetitively.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift; dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
