Warehouse Worker

Our client, [Industry Descriptor] is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of the Rework/Value Added Services area supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to follow work instructions accurately, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Off load trailers of product and support rework/value added services such as repackaging and relabeling.
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading, including loading and unloading trailers.
• Sort and place parts in racks or other designated areas to keep workflow organized.
• Comply with all safety requirements while working in a warehouse environment.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system and perform quality control by identifying and removing damaged products when received.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Comfort maintaining inventory records and following established processes.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct staging, sorting, and scanning.
• Willingness to support physical warehouse tasks including loading/unloading and moving product as needed.
• Dependability and a safety-first mindset to consistently follow warehouse procedures.
