Pay Rate: $23.20 - $24.90 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

As a Phlebotomist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate specimen collection and exceptional patient experiences. What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service
- Perform specimen collection and processing duties in both clinical and forensic settings
- Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business demands
- Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment
- Complete daily activities accurately and within established timelines
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with keyboarding and data entry
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying schedules based on staffing needs
- Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test required; COVID-19 and Flu vaccination strongly recommended)
- Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
