What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients
- Travel between multiple sites to provide coverage and support staffing needs
- Prepare, label, and process specimens following established procedures
- Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate labeling with patient confirmation
- Maintain detailed documentation and required records
- Deliver clear, compassionate communication while building patient trust
- Adhere to all safety, confidentiality, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven adaptability and flexibility to support multiple locations
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
