Construction Supervisor/Manager – Production

Our client, Data Center Construction / Infrastructure (Technology sector) is seeking a Construction Supervisor/Manager – Production to join their team. As a Construction Supervisor/Manager – Production, you will be part of the Construction Operations supporting Production and Site Execution teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Supervisor/Manager – Production
Location: Phoenix / Goodyear, AZ 
Pay Range: $86.02 – $92.64 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production and operating workers onsite
• Review operations and collaborate with technical/administrative teams to resolve production issues
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality output and efficiency
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records

What’s Needed?

• 10+ years of construction management or supervisory experience
• Experience working on active construction sites (required)
• Prior experience in a Construction Manager (CM) role
• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Data center construction experience strongly preferred
