Our client, a leader in Global Supply Chain & Reliability Solutions, is seeking an Assembly & Test Technician to join their team. As an Assembly & Test Technician, you will be part of the Distribution Center Operations supporting the Production and Quality Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and accountability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Assembly & Test Technician (Entry Level)

Location:

Knoxville, TN (On-site)

Pay Range:

$23.84/hr

 

Must-Have Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with electronic testing equipment (oscilloscope, voltmeter, or similar)
  • Experience working in a production, assembly, or technical environment
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and document results accurately
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team

 

What’s the Job?

  • Set up, configure, and calibrate hardware products
  • Perform product testing following engineering procedures and schematics
  • Record and document test results to meet quality standards
  • Support assembly, picking, and packing operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

 

What’s Needed?

  • Associate degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Familiarity with electronic test equipment and troubleshooting basics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to following safety procedures
