Our client, a leader in autonomous transportation technology, is seeking a Fleet Operations Data Analyst to join their team. As a Fleet Operations Data Analyst, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, collaboration skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Fleet Operations Data Analyst
Location: Foster City, CA
Pay Range: $62-$67/hour + Benefits
What's the Job?
- Analyze fleet performance and operational data to identify trends and insights that enhance fleet management and service efficiency.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics in real-time.
- Collaborate closely with Fleet Operations Managers to understand operational challenges and support data-driven solutions.
- Use SQL and Pandas to clean, process, and ensure the accuracy of large datasets for analysis.
- Develop visualizations and dashboards in Looker, Databricks, or similar tools to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis with proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Strong skills in Python and Pandas for data cleaning and manipulation.
- Experience creating dashboards with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
