Liquid Cooling Testing Supervisor –Test Operations

Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a Liquid Cooling Testing Supervisor –Test Operations to join their team. As a Liquid Cooling Testing Supervisor –Test Operations, you will be part of the Test Operations Department supporting the Liquid Cooling test team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$92400 - $97900

What's the Job?

• Lead daily server-level (L10) and rack-level (L11) test operations in the Liquid Cooling test room.
• Drive failure analysis by triaging test failures, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
• Interpret test logs to distinguish hardware failures from test environment issues, reducing retest rates.
• Ensure test process discipline, including flow compliance, standard work adherence, and process audits.
• Manage shift schedules, manpower, cross-training, and certification of technicians for 24/7 operations.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in electronics/server manufacturing or test operations, with supervisory experience in a multi-shift environment.
• Functional test experience at server-level (L10) and rack-level (L11) — required.
• Strong failure analysis skills, including log reading, failure mode classification, and root cause methodology.
• Programming or scripting skills such as Python, Java, Bash, or SQL for data analysis and automation.
