Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a regulated Medical Device Manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing / Operations Department, supporting Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, effective communication, and a continuous improvement mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What’s the Job?

(Max of 5)

• Perform setup, assembly, packaging, line clearance, and basic equipment maintenance following approved documentation and QSR requirements.
• Support Engineering and Maintenance with troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and minor equipment repairs.
• Complete accurate production and maintenance documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in root cause investigations and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, A3, OEE, standard work).

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device preferred).
• Basic understanding of FDA, ISO, and OSHA regulations.
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into engineering-level responsibilities.
