Job Title: Mechanical Designer
Location: Anoka, MN
Pay Rate: 30-36hr
Responsibilities
- Update and revise existing engineering drawings and documentation using SolidWorks
- Perform redlines and print updates to support engineering change activities
- Ensure drawings, models, and documentation accurately reflect current product designs
- Work closely with engineers to maintain design accuracy and configuration control
- Support new product introduction and design change projects
- Review drawings for accuracy and identify discrepancies when needed
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines
- Help maintain engineering documentation and drafting standards
- AAS degree in Drafting, Mechanical Design, CAD Technology, or a related field
- 1-5 years of drafting, design, or CAD experience
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- SolidWorks experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and shifting priorities
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, "go-getter" mentality
- Exposure to sheet metal design is highly preferred
