Mobile HVAC Technician 3

Our client, a Commercial Facilities Management company, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance team supporting multiple commercial customer facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Pay Range: $32-$35/hour 

What’s the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and other commercial building systems across multiple customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems.
• Clean, inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimal performance levels.
• Travel between multiple customer facilities to perform scheduled maintenance, service, and repairs.
• Record equipment readings, identify problems or safety hazards, and make necessary adjustments or corrective repairs. 

What’s Needed?

• 5-7 years of HVAC and building maintenance experience, preferably in commercial HVAC environments.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and handyman skills, including light plumbing and electrical work.
