Production Supervisor 4

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Plant Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership experience, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor 4
Location: On-site (Plant environment)
Pay Rate: $40.19/hr

What’s the Job?

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for a team of up to 50 employees
• Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues
• Ensure product quality and implement process improvements
• Manage staffing, training, and employee performance
• Maintain production reports and workforce planning

What’s Needed? (Must-Have Requirements)

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing (REQUIRED)
• Experience managing/leading production teams (not individual contributor roles)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (basic–intermediate)
• Experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)

Schedule & Work Conditions

• Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotation: May rotate shifts
• Workdays: Monday – Saturday
• Sundays: Occasionally required (about once every 2 months)
• Overtime: ~9 hours/week
• Work Type: On-site (no remote option)
• Duration: 52-week assignment
• Start Date: ASAP
