Facilities Manager

Our client, a leader in property management and facilities services, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Property & Facilities Management department supporting onsite operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Pay Range: $41-$44.80/hr.

What's the Job?

• Oversee building operations and maintenance for a portfolio of facilities
• Manage work order processes and coordinate repairs and upgrades
• Engage with engineering teams and ensure safety compliance
• Coordinate project management activities for facility improvements
• Interact with clients to address operational needs and ensure satisfaction

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in facilities management or related fields
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for effective team and client interactions
• Ability to utilize technology and systems, including MS Office Suite
• Experience in HVAC, engineering, plumbing, or plant operations is preferred
