HVAC Service Technician

Our client, a leading commercial and industrial HVAC services company, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be part of the Service Department supporting commercial and industrial customers across the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, reliability, and a customer-first mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $35 hr. - $42 hr. depending on experience

What’s the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all work is completed safely while meeting quality and customer service standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with customers and team members.
• Work independently to make sound decisions while delivering high-quality results.

What’s Needed?

• Valid EPA Certification.
• 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR screening.
• Chiller experience is a plus. Military Veterans are encouraged to apply!
