Mobile Building Engineer 2

Our client, a leading commercial real estate and industrial asset management company, is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Building Engineer you will be part of the Industrial Asset Services team supporting Property Managers, tenants, clients, and ownership groups across multiple industrial warehouse and distribution facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities that will contribute to the success of the organization.

Location: Conshohocken, PA

Pay Range: $34.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine property inspections and document facility conditions using mobile technology and inspection software.
• Respond to tenant service requests, maintenance work orders, and facility emergencies.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors, monitor work quality, and ensure completion of maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, equipment histories, and work order documentation using CMMS and digital platforms.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 2-4 years of commercial or industrial building maintenance experience.
• Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or commercial real estate facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience using CMMS systems, work order platforms, mobile inspection software, or Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily between multiple properties while working independently.
