Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading facilities and maintenance organization, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Engineering team supporting on-site operations across assigned locations. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC/R troubleshooting skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to keep work orders and maintenance records accurate in real time, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$36-$40/hr

What's the Job?

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems to support efficient performance and equipment life expectancy.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
• Strong focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across all HVAC/R systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting as-found conditions that impact satisfactory client occupancy and daily operations.
• Use CMMS systems (such as Corrigo) to update work order status in real time, submit P-card receipts daily, and maintain accurate records of past operating experiences.

What's Needed?

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• Ability to demonstrate technical expertise and be multi-skilled across electrical, HVAC, piping/plumbing, and material handling equipment to complete daily and weekly assignments.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and be available for call-in work and other duties as required.
