Our client, a leading facilities management organization, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
- Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and related building systems.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to support operational efficiency and compliance.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment maintenance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred certifications include Universal CFC recovery certification.
- Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work at heights, and operate ladders up to 30 feet.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to safety and compliance.
