Packaging Lab Technician

 Our client, a leading consumer products manufacturing company, is seeking a Packaging Technician to join their team. As a Packaging Technician, you will be part of the Packaging Development Department supporting Packaging Engineers, Testing Engineers, and Cross-Functional Product Development Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: Based on Experience

What’s the Job?

• Participate in testing package components, materials, and packaging systems.
• Support Packaging Engineers and suppliers in driving packaging projects to completion.
• Assist with the design and development of packaging components for new and existing products.
• Create and maintain package testing plans and documentation.
• Support sustainability initiatives and product benchmarking studies by gathering and analyzing packaging data.

What’s Needed?

• Previous packaging experience is required.
• Experience supporting package testing, validation, or product development activities.
• Ability to work effectively with suppliers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Experience within consumer products, personal care, beauty, household products, or related industries is preferred.
