Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and quality control teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Beloit, WI

Pay Range: $21.50 plus shift differentials- $0.50-2nd $1.00-3rd

Shift: Available Shifts: 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM, Saturdays required) and 3rd Shift (Monday–Friday, 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM, Saturdays required)

What's the Job?

  • Perform routine laboratory operations to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Monitor production processes through sensory, weight control, and analytical methods to maintain consistency.
  • Evaluate finished products for moisture, ingredient content, color, weight, and seal integrity.
  • Document all testing results accurately and communicate out-of-compliance issues to relevant teams.
  • Support food safety and quality plans, including allergen management and sanitation verifications.

  • Ability to perform routine biological and chemical tests following standard procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with mandatory overtime.
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene guidelines, including safe chemical handling.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with production and quality teams.
