Test Engineer L1

Our client, an industry leader in innovative solutions, is seeking a Test Engineer L1 to join their dedicated team. As a Test Engineer L1, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the engineering and development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Test Engineer L1

Location: ADC Raymond, OH - onsite 5 days per week

Pay Range: $36 –$41

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to ensure product quality and performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, collaborating with engineering teams for resolution.
• Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability and completeness.
• Perform regression testing and validation of fixes to maintain high standards of quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing processes and methodologies.
