Vehicle Operations - Training Supervisor

Our client, a leader in innovative vehicle operations and training solutions, is seeking a dedicated Training Supervisor - Vehicle Operations to join their dynamic team. As a Training Supervisor - Vehicle Operations, you will be an integral part of the Training Department supporting the Vehicle Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

• Oversee training activities at the assigned location for the Vehicle Operations team, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
• Audit Trainer and Mentor activities to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Track learner progression and maintain accurate training records within the Learning Management System.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, events, and resource allocation to meet team scaling goals.
• Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training, including real-life and simulated experiences, to enhance learning outcomes.

What's Needed?

• At least 12 months of experience as a fully trained vehicle operator at Zoox or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle space or related field.
• Knowledge of Zoox vehicle testing procedures and operational standards.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in high-level team environments and promote teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to improve operational efficiency.
