Our client, a growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Cost Accountant to play a key role in driving financial performance and operational efficiency. We are seeking a hands-on, self-motivated accounting professional with experience in a manufacturing environment who can thrive in a fast-paced setting.

In this role, you will analyze production costs, inventory, labor, and overhead expenses, develop budgets and forecasts, prepare profitability reports, support audits, and help drive cost-saving initiatives across the plant. You will work closely with operations and leadership teams to provide valuable financial insight and ensure accurate cost accounting and reporting.

Well qualified candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Manufacturing cost accounting and inventory experience
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel and accounting systems proficiency
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities
