Production Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the assembly, packaging, and quality control efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Seabrook, NH

Pay Range: $20 - $21

Shift: Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and Day shift)

What's the Job?

• Operate, monitor, and maintain filling and packaging machines according to work instructions
• Set up or adjust equipment to meet manufacturing specifications
• Monitor product quality, identify faulty products, and discard or re-manufacture as needed
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
• Assist with spray sheet application and packing of materials, ensuring safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to pass standardized cognitive tests
• Willingness to work required overtime to meet business goals
• Proper training, PPE, and safety practices will be provided
