Dietary Aide

Our client, a healthcare and hospitality-focused organization, is seeking a Dietary Aide to join their team. As a Dietary Aide, you will be part of the Dietary Services team supporting daily meal preparation and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to sanitation and safe food handling, the ability to follow instructions and menus accurately, and the teamwork mindset needed to keep kitchen operations running smoothly.

Job Title: Dietary Aide

Location: Englishtown, NJ

Pay Range: $16.15 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Prepares and serves food according to menus and correct portion sizes as mandated by yield guides.
• Helps plan weekly meals, prepares ingredients, and chops ingredients as needed.
• Keeps food preparation areas sanitized, orderly, and compliant with required procedures.
• Performs cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment and work areas, dishwashing, and pot washing.
• Brews coffee, fills beverage machines, sets up hot and/or cold food areas, and supports tray collection/stripping for dishwashing.

• Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks as needed.
• Time management skills to support meal service schedules and assigned workflows.
• Attention to detail and strict adherence to sanitation rules.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a team-first approach.
• Serve Safe Certification (required).
