Pay Rate: $30.00-32.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in improving patient health and wellness through comprehensive nutrition care. Your expertise will help patients manage acute and chronic conditions while supporting quality care initiatives and positive clinical outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and evaluations utilizing the Nutrition Care Process (NCP)
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans for patients and residents with specialized needs
• Provide medical nutrition therapy, nutrition education, and counseling to patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Support quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and organizational service excellence standards
• Contribute to account revenue and operating profit through implementation of nutrition services

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Current state licensure/certification as required
• Completion of an ACEND-accredited dietetic internship
• Clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred
• Familiarity with EMR systems and nutrition documentation practices
• Ability to attend required virtual EPIC training and complete HMH competencies prior to receiving EMR access
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
