Pay Rate: $25/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

This position plays a key role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results by ensuring proper specimen collection and handling. Your work directly impacts patient care, helping providers make informed decisions that improve health outcomes.
What You'll Do
• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper documentation, including patient signatures for specimen confirmation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment at all times
• Provide exceptional patient service by explaining procedures and creating a calm, confident experience
• Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
• Travel between locations as required to support patient service centers or in-office phlebotomy needs
What We're Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume setting
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites as needed
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime if required
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
