Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Pay Rate: $23.20 - $24.90 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
  • Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation
  • Maintain patient confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Perform specimen collection and processing duties in both clinical and forensic settings
  • Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business demands
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment
  • Complete daily activities accurately and within established timelines

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with keyboarding and data entry
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying schedules based on staffing needs
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test required; COVID-19 and Flu vaccination strongly recommended)
  • Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
