Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a manufacturing organization dedicated to producing high-quality industrial products, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Brewster, NY

Pay Range: $28.00-$35.00/hr

Shift: Days

What's the Job?

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and plant facilities.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial equipment.
• Install, modify, and assist with commissioning production equipment.
• Perform welding, fabrication, cutting, and general equipment repairs.
• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PLC/PC controls and CMMS/preventive maintenance systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
